I am currently a second year Law student at the University of Exeter, passionate about pursuing a career in commercial and financial law. Before starting my law degree in 2023, I interned at a defence law firm in Delaware, where I gained hands-on experience in case analysis, trial preparation, and client interactions. I have completed a global virtual internship with Clifford Chance, focussing on sustainable finance, where I honed my skills in legal documentation, presentation and attention to detail. In another virtual internship with Latham & Watkins in mergers and acquisitions, I developed a deeper understanding of commercial legal advice, contract negotiation, and transaction document structuring, enhancing my ability to analyse complex legal agreements.Outside of my academics, I work as a full-time barista, where I develop strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. I am eager to leverage my diverse experiences to contribute to a dynamic legal team in the future.
