• Leading a section of audio in Quality Department- Headphone & Speaker products• Managing a group of Source Inspectors (SI) for releasing shipment purposes.• Familiar with Acoustic Engineering tool like LMS, SPL curve to establish shipment release criteria for SI.• Deeply involved in establishing test plan with subcontractor• Responsible for new supplier evaluation audit • Coordinate supplier process audit before new project launched• Coordinate surveillance audit to all China subcontractors for existing products• Monitoring Subcontractors’ Performance (KPI) through Quarterly Business Review. • Identify underperforming subcontractor & provide technical direction for improvement• Work closely with Creative Development team & OEM Supplier Quality team on Field Return unit’s failure analysis to improve FRR (Field Return Rate).• Responsible on worldwide stop shipment & resume shipment decision.
