•Provide technical support & advise on Fully addressable Fire Alarm System integrated with Fireman Intercom & Digital Voice Command system, Gas Suppression System (Addressable & Conventional System) and Linear Heat Detection system.•Design and provide single line for fire alarm system based on NFPA and MS Standard, especially for design-and-built project such as warehouses and data centers.•Programming for fire alarm system based on client & consultant requirement, mimic diagram proposal followed by consultant and local firefighting authority requirement•Prepare cause & effect matrix based on local firefighting authority requirement for interfacing with Building Automation System (HVAC or ACMV), Environmental Control System (ECS), and other M&E services such as lift, roller shutters, and many more.•Testing and commissioning, on-site troubleshooting & maintenance for the new & existing system in the building/project.•Prepare claims and project documentations such as operation manuals and as-built drawings, product brochures, technical specifications, & etc.•Liaise with project managers, engineers and project supervisors in project sites on project management, including material delivery schedule, project on-site planning and coordination such as wiring routing, technical advise on the fire alarm devices installation•Handling multiple projects in the same time with different contractors and clients.•Monitor and control project cost and payment collection.•Follow-up, serve and build good relationship with customers and consultants by providing good services and technical support to them.•Project Handled:-ON Semiconductor (M) Sdn Bhd-TM One Klang Valley Data Center-Best Eternity Recycle Technology-Seri Yakin Warehouse-Vinda Malaysia Sdn Bhd-Wiwynn Technology (M) Sdn Bhd-Bakun Power Plant-Tanjung Kidurong Power Station-Mukah Power Generation-Air Trunk Data Center-YTL Data Center-K2 Data Center-MRT SSP Line 2 UG
