Having completed my MA study in Linguistics, and retired as a professional athlete, I embarked on my English teaching career in 2020. I firmly believe teaching experience isn't everything which defines a good or qualified teacher, but the initiative to understand the students' problems and get them to tackle exam questions. This boils down to the heartfelt dedication of a teacher to make a difference in every student.My passion for English teaching has never waned despite spending my youth as a National athlete. Now as an IGCSE ESL teacher, I aspire to produce more "A" students. It's never easy being an English teacher, because English isn't just a subject but a part of life. Therefore, my teaching approach focuses on developing students' interest from their daily practices, and ultimately cultivate their love for the language.
