Operations- Timely and accurate maintenance of artists, licensing and distribution contracts in royalty system- Generate periodic royalty statements by agreed timeline- Perform royalty reconciliations and post accruals on timely basis- Responsible to manage queries from Affiliates- Provide ad hoc analysis and relevant reports as and when required- Ensure Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) documentations are updated on timely basis to reflect latest process/tool/policy changesCompliance- Ensure Internal Control compliance across activities, and partner with Affiliates to identify and address any gaps- Support external and internal audits with close co-ordination with Affiliates- Ensure adequate follow up on issues identified during external and internal auditContinuous improvement- Participate and support team in delivering services per agreed SLAs and define corrective actions, where necessary- Identify and articulate improvement areas across processes and technology – including ERP and other tools and solutions- Support customer satisfaction initiatives, including regular assessment of service satisfaction across Affiliates and other stakeholders

• Analyses and monitors all assigned aged debtors and actively works to reduce delinquency. Ensures prompt action is taken for non-payment or continued late payment.• Provides regular reporting on the status of overdue debt including month end statistics. • Provide timely resolution to various stakeholders on any O2C request, enquiries or escalations. Ensure no backlog in Group mailbox and workflow flow.• Identifies disputes causing delay in payment and deals with it effectively and in a timely manner. Investigate any unallocated cash or open items promptly.• Escalates issues and contacts internal personnel to encourage resolution. Escalates issues to line manager that pose potential risk and non-payment within a timely manner. • Initiates collection calls and sending timely reminder to account holders. Researches and resolves delinquency/ billing issues on allocated accounts.• Preparing AR aging report, sales AR status report, collection status report, issues log, unapplied receipt and reconciliation.• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedure and successfully transition of O2C activities to KL COE and ensure compliance to Customer’s policy and procedure and country regulation.• Perform other ad hoc duties and special projects as requested.• Ensures all transactions/ activities are conducted in accordance with the relevant Group/ Divisional Authority Matrix.

• Perform daily cash postings and release billings for Taiwan (Stanley Black and Decker).• Provide analysis for team including daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting and month end-close duties.• Provide support to managers and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective reporting across all functional individuals eg: P2P and R2R.• Complement with Business Units in providing Invoice listings reports, Aging reports, flux analysis, sales reports, Goods in Transit reports, Foreign exchange reports. • Manage and fasten processes of reconciling remittance advises to ensure timely posting of payment into customer account.• Implement and maintain database processes that maintain SAP customer account receivables to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.• Follow up with customer service teams to avoid unapplied payments and reduce long term aging.

• Perform daily cash postings for Australia and New Zealand entity. • Provide analysis for team including daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting and month-close duties. • Complement with Rebates and Claims and Reconciliations function to ensure coherent daily process. • Manage and fasten process of reconciling Remittance advise to ensure timely posting of payment into customer account. • Implement and maintain database processes that maintain SAP customer account receivables to ensure accurate and efficient reporting. • Investigate on the aged items >30 days for unapplied cash.

• Perform monthly reconciliation for Client Lease (India) that covers a wide area of operational accounts such as Account Receivable to Payable, Long term loan to short term loan, suspense, Capital, Operating, Financing leases etc accounts. • Perform month end close and year end close (April) by manually book entries into the system according to the monthly task required. • Perform accounting analysis such as flux analysis with certain accounts, provide advices and confirmation before Mainline Account Receivables (AR) department/ Country AR department/ Treasury book an amount into system, solving accounting processes when facing errors and solve variances by discussing with other departments to understand the process and how it occurs. Also, performed Year End closing for India as of March 2018.
