- Manage service portfolios with revenue of >100 million a year- Manage P&L for Hosting & Storage service- Manage Hosting Infrastructure Service (Virtualization/Wintel/Linux/Unix) and Storage Service (SAN/NAS)- Manage project delivery for infrastructure and operations- Customer-facing contact point for Hosting & Storage services- Steering projects, which will further mature and/or enhance the services, as well as steering project related to the service life-cycle (new service development, onboarding, evergreening, refreshing, retiring)- Identifying Quality improvement and cost saving initiatives to achieve customer and company benefit- vendor SLAs and operating level agreements within the organization- Create, manage and evergreen the related Component service description, Cost-Model and RACI charts- Manage internal suppliers delivering the Component service and engaged in external suppliers/vendors within corporate procurement rules- Review service roadmap with Architect and Customer.

- To lead a global team located in Asia Pacific (Malaysia/India) to support the Migration Project for Shell Global Account (approx 8000+ servers)- “Service Manager” for NST work performed by internal and external teams- Hold weekly meetings with the Service Managers and Operation Delivery Manager (Wintel, Linux, Database, Middleware and VMWare team) including service levels and other topics relevant to end-to-end service delivery- Manage pool of back-office TPLs, who take in requirements from Customer intimate TPLs, make solution designs, requests services/components, resulting in provisioning of complete server landscapes. Progress updates to be registered in Tracking Tool Database- Reports issues, risks, migration progress to the SGA TFO H&S Steering Committee in the regular basis- Monitor Capacity and Manpower resources requirements. Report issues to the SGA TFO H&S Steering Committee if there is any demands to amend the forecast and requirements- Actively correct problems in the NST BackOffice Migration Processes- Proactively identify any gap throughout the NST BackOffice Migration Processes. Make suggestion and initiative to improve the overall NST process- Enforce integration and agreed processes for the respective Task Forces in KL/India- Ensure Architecture Board work effectively with back-office TPLs for step-outs requested- Overall Management of an effective Light Tough Factory (partly with WIPRO)- Ensure transformation queue is filled up for 4 months of work- First escalation point on process improvement within NST for Server Delivery issues (migration Pipe-line, incl. delivery process e.g. 1RM)- Ensure Storage Capacity and Manpower is arranged on time to manage the agreed migration targets
