- Managed a team to cover various aspects of operational smoothness when transitioning to a new system which includes process flow modelling, training, communication and documentation.- Developed the department SharePoint to be used as the central point of reference for department related activities and information.

- Documented operational steps and training materials for new system releases, as well as existing system functionalities.- Conducted trainings for global operational teams on new system functionalities.- Communicated project status updates to internal project stakeholders of various levels.

- Managed the rollout of processes and tools to all IBM outsourced accounts. These processes were a worldwide IBM Global initiative to standardize operations. Received a Bravo Award from IBM for project completion. - Apart from this project, I was also working with a team that oversaw the business security aspect of an outsourced account. We had to make sure that all operations and processes were outputting artefacts that were compliant to policies. This made sure the account was audit ready.

Digicert Sdn Bhd - Managed the acquisition of network devices for customer.- Customer had a tight timeline for equipments to be delivered. However, estimated delivery time for equipments exceeded customer’s timeline. Had to manage the customer expectations with project schedule. - Provided a workaround solution which loaned network equipments to customer to assist in their setup, so when actual equipments arrive, customer just had to migrate their network infrastructure over. Jehantech Sdn Bhd - Objective of this project is to establish the network infrastructure and connectivity for Proton City.- Took over this project from a previous project manager.- Managed customer’s expectation while balancing project financials and timeline. Project scope had to be revised several times to accommodate new requests from customer.Petroleum Geo Services- This project is to build a data centre for customer.- Oversee the entire project management aspect, which includes planning/administering daily project activities, managing project financials and managing/meeting client expectations.- Worked with other project managers managing different aspects to provide customer an integrated solution.- Awarded a Bravo Award through customer’s testimonial and reference.Green Packet Bhd- To provide a solution that allows customer to remotely monitor their servers from the Telekom data centre in Putrajaya. - Worked with a 3 man technical team to come up with network design and implementation strategy.

- Part of a team to implement Cisco IPCC Express for customer.- Scope included installing, configuring and testing of implementation- Took a lead in troubleshooting a call recording system used by customer, Witness.

- Enlisted as a Team Blue management trainee for IBM- While being a management trainee, I was introduced to the IBM organization and work culture.- During this period, we performed many individual presentations on business cases, as well as perform team related roles in a mock project environment.- The management trainee focused on two main areas of IBM, sales aspect, and services delivery aspect.
