• Worked closely with NPI, product planners, IE to make use of the existing resources for new products testing without jeopardize the volume production which reduced in headcount and increased productivity for the company.

• Spearheaded and set up new suggestion scheme (Hi-SWAT) to drive total participation in the production through Small Work Activities and at the same time educated production work force on Waste Identification /.
• Planned & implemented to have test production working 24 hours X 7 days operation without violate MOM & EICC guide line. Overtime reduction is more than 25% per week.
• Initiated sharing of resources between OQA & production for both headcounts & equipment. By doing this, the company will be beneficial in both financial and indirectly improved collaboration between departments..
• Selected only representative from production department to be trained and certified as Six Sigma Black Belt. Completed two Six Sigma projects: o Reducing an error code in reconfiguration station with US$71K Hard Saving.
• Recognized by the management team in representing the company to participate and present in the National IQC (by Singapore Productivity Association) which was awarded GOLD in 2009.

• Responsible for managing a production line with the objective of meeting output, delivery, quality, safety and training targets which resulted in reducing customer quality complaints and also passing all safety and ISO.
• Led a team of 40 employees to do the product transferred from other manufacturing sites. Worked exposure in countries like Japan, Thailand and Philippine.
• Recognized by the management team to represent Singapore site and received training and certification as Site Master Trainer by the Golden Master Trainer in Japan for new product launched. This marked as the first Site.
• Introduced Inventory Tracking System in planning and modeling, and apply performance measurements and metrics to assist flexible manufacturing in test area which resulted in meeting all customer shipment fulfillment.
