This led to better accuracy of at least 85% and faster establishment of new drug structure.- Designed and maintained the code to preprocess the initial raw data and devised a method to perform feature selection on the small and complex multi-class processed dataset with over 400 features, resulting in reduction of 90% man hours during preprocessing and increased model accuracy of at least 5%.- Trained colleagues (chemists) on basic Python coding with notes created from scratch to increase their programming literacy and ensure code sustainability, with positive feedback achieved.
