I have been promoted to DCOO (Deputy Chief Operations Officer) in 02 July 2018. I will handle IT Department and HR&Admin Department. New experience i will try my best to challenge with HR&Admin Department. "Working is not easy but we have to try it".

I have been promoted to DCOO (Deputy Chief Operations Officer) in 22 April 2016. I will handle IT Department and Marketing Department. For my experience i can manage only IT Department but now i will try my best to challenge with Marketing Department. "Working is not easy but we have to try it".

In 2014 securities company so silent i change from sonatra securities plc to sonatra microfinance institution plc. I setup system core banking , while i join sonatra microfinance institution plc at the first time.I build connection redundancy , system redundancy , electricity backup , local connection and dara center etc.

I was promote to Head of Information Technology before khmer new year on 10 April 2013. Actually all securities operating system i control it while my former Head of Information Technology go abroad. So i control it by learn from problem and experience .

I work at sonatra nearly one year and than have been promote to Assistant to Head of IT . I support system stock exchange and system internal . I build redundancy connection to CSX (Cambodia Securities Exchange) for use system trading . I also training with Combodia Stock and Exchange at Financial Institute of Cambodia.

I am really delighted with my job because I never send my CV to the company . They get my name from my school for the top score students . I work at Sonatra at the first time in the position of IT Officer .I support and maintain all computers in Office .
