* Manage, plan and drive requirement analysis, user requirement study, design, development, testing, training, migration, implementation/deployment and post implementation support * To manage the day-to-day project related activities to ensure deliverables completion with quality in a timely manner within the required scope & allocated budget* Perform hands-on analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post implementation support, when required* Provide input to continuous project improvement* Ensure the project delivered within the scope of work & time frame* Maintain project documentation to the required document repository* Manage and ensure acceptance of the project deliverables from the client by conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT)* Drive project status meetings with client and management as well as raise project issues with proposed recommendations for resolution* Establish and maintain good working relationships with customer * Regularly report on project status, issues and risks to the client* Serves as the single point of contact for the assigned project

* Responsible for system development, amendment and enhancement for Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Warehouse Management System (WMS)* Ensure amended and enhanced systems meet user functional requirement specifications* Participate in problem solving and trouble shooting on application related matters* Handle calls and queries from users/clients pertaining to application operations* To provide technical helpdesk support via email, phone or on site support to clients regards to system bug / human error* To assists and ensure all un-resolved problem escalate to on-site resources and follow-up with closure of problem* Provide the documentation of system specifications and manuals

* To manage the overall system and network set up and security* Allocation and maintenance of user account in company* Documentation on system and network procedures and security policies* System and network (LAN and WAN) performance monitoring and capacity planning* Provide technical assistance on IT related issues to the end users* Reviewing of system, security and activity log* To liaise with vendors on technical problems
