- Process design for Powder Handling System.- Perform pneumatic conveying design and calculations.- Perform design and sizing of storage equipment, e.g. silo, hopper and tank.- Perform design and sizing of process air requirements, e.g. blower, vacuum pump and compressor. - Perform design and sizing of valves, e.g. rotary valves, shut- off valve and safety valve- Perform design and selection of ATEX requirements and zones. - Detail engineering for project specific powder handling equipment, e.g. powder unloading station, vacuum unloading station, vacuum loading system, IBC system. - Review and approve project specific P&ID. - Review and approve General Arrangement drawings.- Review and approve in house design and build equipment. This role reports to Head of Sales Support & Offer Management in Singapore

Sales for powder handling/processing equipment, for turn-key projects. Duties include prospecting potential clients, identifying potential markets/ clients. Preparing quotations and offers, meeting clients and closing deals. Overseas clients' countries include: China, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia.

To design, costing and purchase, supervise fabrication, oversee installation and commission all projects(turnkey), local or overseas. To liaise with clients, consultants, shipping company and contractors and ensure that the project schedule is being adhered to. Project experiences in positive and negative systems, lean phase and dense phase conveying systems, Loss in weight and Loss of weight systems, Continuous and batching processes. Piping and equipment layouts.Industries include food and beverages, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Overseas Projects include the following countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, China and Philippines.
