• Set up and managed the Energy Sourcing Team in Asia to support the growth of Industrial gases business in Asia
• Responsible for sourcing, negotiation and management of energy (electricity, gas, coal, etc) requirement for the various plants in Asia
• Supported the company biddings activities in Asia
• Countries of coverage includes China, South Korea, Taiwan and Southeast Asia
• Integrated the procurement teams for Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore into a single team providing procurement services to the entire Southeast Asia. Subsequently, running the team for 2 years
