1) Key-in Inbound shipping data into Inbound Tracking System, shipping data e.g. : Bill of Landing, Custom declaration, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Free Trade Agreement (FTA).2) Issue Collection Advice to Collect sample item from SIRIM or buyer, issue collection advice inform transporter about a scheduled collection of goods or shipments from a specific location3) File Customs CS documents and provide Custom declaration (CS) and Invoice copy to GB upon request.4) Check Duty Summary and update HS code into system.5) Duty Drawback by submitting proper documentation, maintaining accurate records, and complying with reporting obligations for duty refund.
