Job Description:• Assist in conducting Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and preparing the training strategy and calendar as per TNA along with maintaining proper documentation.• Assist in designing and implementing the Training schedule / outline as per TNA and programme needs / requirements.• Design and development of training module / contents / and ensure effectiveness of training programme.• Provide support to equip facilitators by TOT module and continuous follow-up.• Provide support to ensure the development and practice of BRAC values• Provide support in preparation of annual plan of Module & Training budget.• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.• Practice and promote safe guarding issues within the team• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.Achievement: • Assisted Development Professional Training of BRAC International of 20 participants who were about to get deployed to other BI countries.• Planned, coordinated, & worked as a project lead for three 6-month leadership journeys in microfinance, which covered 2500+ participants while ensuring proper documentation, and timely reporting of project progress & challenges. • Working as the project lead for a 6-month leadership journey of Microfinance, which is covering 1500+ participants. • Coordinated Women's Leadership Journey. • Coordinating capacity-building sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.

DUTIES: • Develop and maintain constructive & cooperative working relationships with partners, stakeholders including beneficiaries • Design and deliver capacity development activities to enhance the soft skills of Rohingya youth and women• Organize & conduct awareness related training to the community group in need basis • Conduct weekly meeting with the humanitarian service providers and committee people to find out the gaps, needs & challenges & also took meeting minutes to keep track on reporting purpose• Maintain all the project related data & supported my supervisor in preparing the final report• Establish a feedback mechanism for Education and Health Sector & supported to collect the information to give update to my supervisor ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Monitored a team of 30 enumerators of Pressure Cooker Project specially designed for Rohingya Women led by UNHCR & prepared monthly report for that.• Planned & successfully organized a community led project of Handicraft with the Women's group & adolescent committee in the Rohingya Camp
