You can call me Karol! I have a degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2019). I am finishing my Master's degree in Biological Chemistry at the Leopoldo de Meis Institute of Medical Biochemistry (IBqM), at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). I am in career transition and am looking for a position in the industrial sector as an analyst and researcher.My background is very broad and multidisciplinary, I like to learn a little about everything, from analytical techniques, strategic planning, quality control of results, reporting and even project management.Along with these technical skills, in my previous experiences, such as the Internship and Master's Degree in the Experimental Research Laboratory, I was able to exercise leadership positions, which made me awaken a vocation for problem solving, management, people training, analytical capacity, overcoming goals and results, as well as communication, organization, discipline, responsibility and, in a very strong way, teamwork.My good interpersonal relationship, aligned with excellent technical skills, allowed me to be contacted by prestigious scientists from other institutions (FIOCRUZ and UFRRJ), for collaboration and publication of works in international scientific journals. In addition, during the Master's degree I was able to implement, at the Biochemistry of Lipids and Lipoproteins Laboratory at UFRJ, new cell culture models and differentiation techniques, as well as training the team.
