  To create and deliver training to hard-to-reach groups in the community on domestic abuse, mental health and healthy relationships. Work closely with partners to reduce crime in the community Purpose to reduce violence in the community and within the home. To develop and liaise with external partners and build positive relationships and protocols with ongoing training to professionals regarding domestic abuse and how to identify and sign post. Create long term training programmes and roll out to as many external partners as possible. Work closely with service heads and community leaders and onboard departments and organisations to make domestic abuse and safeguarding a priority. To ensure that all stakeholders are aware of and know what safeguarding is and what actions to take and who to contact. Currently responsible for the implementation of the Hate Incident Panel and No Place for Hate Forum, whereby vulnerable clients can be referred for additional support from partners to safeguard victims and their families.
