Implementing projects from new distribution model for a post office company to a organizational redesign on the agrochemical industry with strong focus on the shop floor. Achieved a 28% reduction in downtime, a 254% decrease in setup time, a 63% improvement in OEE, and a 78% reduction in LTIFR through the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma techniques, daily meetings, and 6 targeted workshops (32 hours) for 54 leaders.I led the design of an end-to-end process improvement project for a ship repair company. I defined and implemented planning, subcontracting, and budgeting processes, as well as designed a control room for efficient operations monitoring and management.

Through the application of my data-driven, business acumen, and financial skills, I was able to identify areas for optimization and develop solutions that resulted in a significant increase in production, cost reduction, and increased profitability of the operation.

Working as an Organizational Design and Project Implementation Manager, I was responsible for redesigning the entire operation at a Big-Retail company, with an 8% improvement in efficiency in the first year of implementation through an innovative operational model.The previous project was to design the optimal organization of the maintenance area in a refinery while implementing a 53% improvement in the efficiency of the maintenance, reaching savings of more than 350k euros in a short period using the Agile methodology with an autonomous leadership.While in Latin America Retail I analyzed, developed, and implemented a new commercial structure allowing a 22% better efficiency along with an improvement in negotiation with suppliers, reaching financial benefits in the order of 3.5 million USD in 2019.

Designed and implemented the new Governance area related to the raw and packaging materials for all brazilian factories, mapping and structuring requirements related from logistics to quality. Supported by 5 analysts, managed to collect and convert all the new Masterdata on time and on budget.
