Oversees all phases of the loan including:Credit Analyses: financial statements analysis, spreads, ratios, credit overviews and transaction risk rating suggestions.Underwriting: responsible for daily loans activities and its related documentation, negotiate with parties to insure accurate transaction documentation and booking.Maintenance: insure all the loan transactions are being monitored and its repayment schedule being followed as well as the its liquidation.Reporting: provides reporting for the Credit Management regarding credit matters such as transaction risks, US regulatory categories, provision IFRS-9/CECL, ALCO, collateral and margin controls, covenant controls, Watchlist and TDR controls; Policy and Procedures: update regularly department P&P as well as Credit Policy.Audit: assembled reports for internal and external audits such as the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, New York State Department of Financial Services, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta/New York.

It’s analyzed Portuguese language, Math, technology and banking skills.As main functions, I managed the partnership between CAIXA and 135 municipalities in the region of São José do Rio Preto/Sao Paulo-Brazil to attend their financial needs, in special, regarding federal funding for the implementation of housing projects and urban development such as ́ ́Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida ́ ́. During the years working on this role, I oversaw 6.296 houses being built, and those mortgage loans were disbursed to all customers to acquire their new home. Over 20,000 of low-income families were directly benefited.
