Today, I help teams follow strategies that improve our consumers' experience because I believe that our job is to improve and make people's lives at home easier. With CX at Whirlpool I use the voice of the consumer to influence and foster the board's strategy, prioritizing the main points of opportunities and generating consumer culture at the center.I was responsible for the governance of surveys and customer response rates, increasing the database and insights, and for categorizing comments using artificial intelligence, thus generating speed in root cause analysis for tactical action plans. I am a Chemical Engineer from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro, where I gained experience in problem solving, mathematical modeling and technical reports in English and Portuguese. I recently studied an MBA in ESG and another in Strategic Business Management, seeking to expand my knowledge and skills in Business and sustainability. Additionally, I led the DE&I climate committee in Consumer Care, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the organization, and received an award in the category of our leadership model "Frank Dialogues" for the year 2023.
