My most recent role in the Royal Melbourne Hospital was designing a benefits strategy and framework that resonates with employees to enhance employee experience and build the RMH brand as a progressive employer. I embrace opportunities experiencing diverse cultures, having lived and worked in Australia, Belgium Singapore and Malaysia. I have managed cross cultural teams, lead and develop local teams in Asia Pacific and engaged diverse stakeholders in the implementation of total reward and M&A programs.I am passionate about people development and education. I volunteer in education causes that helps people develop and realise their potential in their personal and professional journey.
