Going to a parent-teacher conference in grade 1 is one of my first school recollections. I remember my teacher told my mom, "Limansa is definitely going to places when she grows up". This is something that has stuck by me for along time and has helped me specially as a kid. I have always worked really hard towards my goals ,even on the days I feel really low I try to make an effort and to keep going on.I would say I'm a very outgoing person, I like to socialize with people around me, resolve conflicts. People say they find me as a center of attention, which I'm not going to lie, if I am passionate about something, you will find me go on and on about it. I like working in teams, personally I feel like more great minds put to work is better than just one. I have been apart of the girls scout in school, where I learned team building exercises. I was given the opportunity to be the captain of my school's netball team, which has allowed me to experience and improve my abilities as a good leader that can lead a team. By working towards deadlines pressure working is one of the major skills I have developed throughout my college life. At my internship, I work with kids of ages between 5 to 12 years, and they have really taught me patience. Not to mention, I am also a Nano- influencer on social media like Instagram and Tik Tok. As a business student, I believe that a successful organization is the result of effective communication and proper leadership and management. With my skills and past experiences I want to contribute for a well reputed organization and uplift it towards it's goals and hopefully one day be able to run my own.
