Those and other contributions made me the Top collaborator of the year in the franchise's award event.Data AnalysisI also built a complete operations and sales report in Power BI, giving comprehensive business analysis and insights. Together with two partners, I built a Microbrewery based in Rio de Janeiro. I was responsible for developing the whole sales and marketing strategy and the execution as well. I designed the company's brand and created the names and labels of each recipe, several commercial products, and apparel. I also did a lot of footwork looking for bars, restaurants, and specialized distributors. We did sell for more than 150 establishments and made a well-known and respected business in our region.HighlightsWe exhibited our recipes at the biggest brewing event in Latin America two years in a row.Selling my first company was very rewarding because it was a crowning of all the hard work I had done building it from the ground up.

The studies were the base for an investigation that recovered a couple of million for our client generating tens of thousands for my employer.

I started this job by fetching and analyzing market data and building sales and intelligence reports with tactical insights for sales and operations. Alongside the board of directors, we redesigned internal processes, implemented KPIs and productivity indicators, and developed a new bonus payment system attached to the team's goals and achievements.HighlightsThe way visuals in the sales reports were presented to the board was biased and didn’t show seasonality the right way, impacting critical decision-making. I found that discrepancy and built a brand-new sales report with the correct visuals. I also automated the whole data manipulation to build the reports automatically, which led to my promotion.

Bradesco acquired the Rio de Janeiro State Bank’s financial assets, and I was part of a huge hiring batch responsible for the accounts transitions. We had training in customer service and the banking process, and our team made history serving these new customers very fast and smoothly. After the end o the project, I was relocated to a Bank agency where I learned a lot about sales, credit, and banking, and I even got certified in ANBIMA’s CPA10 for investment advising.HighlightsIn the project, I was considered one of the best at customer service, so they chose me to be a part of an elite group of attendants in charge of the most delicate situations. We even had to get on the road to get in touch with people who couldn't be physically present, like older people, people with movement liabilities, and inmates.In the bank agency, I got awarded as the top seller several times with expressive results in sales.
