Furthermore, there was need for management at PPC Zimbabwe to continuously carry out market research to identify customer needs, the competitive forces on the market, and the extent to which their organization is in sync with the micro and macro environment. This would enhance the brand’s competitiveness by ensuring the development and delivery of cement products that meet and satisfy customer needs.
