a) Manage and lead a team of maintenance Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians and closely supervises contractors’ personnel activities and ensuring optimum usage of contractor manpower.b) To plan, organize and execute maintenance activities of instrumentation and electrical equipment in accordance with the Health Safety Environment Quality Policy and Business Plan so as to achieve a high reliability and availability of plant and system. c) Control and optimize usage of materials, contract and labour as well as provide budgetary input so as to ensure maintenance expenditures are within budget.

a) Responsible in the day-to-day corrective and proactive maintenance for all Instrument and Electrical related.b) Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians and closely supervises contractors’ personnel activities and ensuring optimum usage of contractor manpower.c) To plan, organize and execute maintenance activities of instrumentation and electrical equipment in accordance with the Health Safety Environment Quality Policy and Business Plan so as to achieve a high reliability and availability of plant and system. d) Familiar and comply with the refinery HSEQ standards and procedures. Contribute to achieve the company HSE KPIs through diligence, duty of care & personal accountability for HSEQ in all tasks.e) Establish detailed and accurate plans and schedule, in collaboration with Operations, Mechanical, IE, RESD and other relevant parties for routine, major and un-planned maintenance works so as to ensure corrective repair works are carried out safety, timely and cost effectively for the purpose if achieving high equipment/plant availability and reliability. f) Consolidate Turnaround work lists and establish detailed work plans as well as supervise and monitor work progress so as to ensure TAR work is safety carried out within schedule and budget and with successful plant start up. g) Conduct investigation, trouble-shooting and failure analysis on identified near miss, incidents pertaining to IE equipment and system so as to prevent their recurrence. Recommended corrective actions including solutions for design out problems so as to support proposals for improvement in equipment and system.h) Control and optimize usage of materials, contract and labour as well as provide budgetary input so as to ensure maintenance expenditures are within budget.
