As a scholar under BCA-Industry Built Environment scholarship. I pioneered Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a main digital tool to improve construction coordination and project planning.I developed and managed the BIM structural, architectural and MEP models of a high-rise mixed development project (commercial, hospital, hotel), Royal Square at Novena, in Singapore. Using BIM, I prepared quantity takeoff data and cost estimation for project tender bidding.
