As the manager of STOA, I oversee the day-to-day operations, marketing, and creative direction of the business. -Liaising with managers and CEO to determine their requirements and budget-Managing proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production-Working with managers and CEO, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales-Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites, marketing collaterals, product designs, packaging, social media postings etc.-Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and sizepreparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief-Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required-Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.-Creating and managing of websites.-Videography and photography for marketing purposes. -Creating portfolios and business plans.-Liaising and collaborating with co-workers from other companies from the Hampshire Group eg.
