With a multifaceted career that spans over three decades, I've transitioned from a distinguished 20-year tenure in the military, where I developed leadership, discipline, and strategic skills, into 30 years of aviation excellence as a pilot, instructor, and eventually as a Chief of Training, Programme Manager, and Director. My journey has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a deep commitment to continuous learning, and an ability to adapt and excel in high-stakes environments.Beyond my aviation and military career, I've embraced the dynamic world of technology. As a recent graduate from the Code Institute, I've specialised in full stack development, with a specialisation in machine learning, leveraging Django, PostgreSQL, Python and further building on my 20-year expertise in advanced Excel and VBA. This unique blend of experiences enables me to approach problems with a multidisciplinary perspective, championing innovative solutions that bridge the gap between complex technical challenges and strategic business outcomes. At the same time I have a keen eye for UX/UI design when developing user friendly and engaging projects from simple Excel user interfaces to Full Stack applications.I'm excited to embark on this new chapter, combining my vast experience in leadership, training, and program management with my passion for technology and development.
