As an integral member of the Boardman Leader's team, I have been actively involved in various aspects of plant operations, shutdowns, and startups, ensuring smooth functioning during equipment maintenance and regular operations. Utilizing my expertise, I analyze plant process and operation data trends, ensuring proactive measures for optimal plant efficiency. Collaborating closely with the Boardman Leader and Panelman Leader, I employ a distributed control system for multi-component reactions, gas recovery units, and utilities. My contributions extend to significant projects, including the construction, commissioning, and operation of Phase 2 Tokuyama Polysilicon Manufacturing Project at Samalaju, as well as phased construction and commissioning of new plant sections. I have played a pivotal role in line modifications for enhanced plant adherence and operational efficiency, identifying and resolving process upsets to maintain a safe working environment. Moreover, I conduct safety checks before contractor maintenance, handle daily plant operations such as strainer cleaning and pump monitoring, ensure production quality through daily sampling, and report operational data to superiors. Proficient in process safety and occupational safety for chemical plants, I also serve as an experienced member of the Emergency Response Team, equipped to handle chemical plant incidents effectively.
