•Ensure that all wines are correctly updated and described on wine lists, e.g. correct vintages, description and price •Working as a course team with cooperative head sommelier Hakkasan, Middle East & Shanghai on WSET Level 2 official training•Handling the training for other team members, especially on WSET level 1 & 2•Dealing with EP Cost control for monthly inventory and weekly spoilage •Take in charge of the wine fridge and Cellar (350 wines on the list)•Cooperatively organized many successful wine dinner, and created many cigar, cognac and cocktail event packages that were appreciated by the guest e.g.: Organized Torres wine workshop Tasting dinner in 2014•Attend all management and organization meetings as requested by the General Manager

•To maintain Hakkasan Highest Service standard to escort guest/ take orders/ serve the meal/ ask feedback/ settle bills/ farewell guest •Support and assist section head for daily operations•Handling the guests complaint•Collecting the guests preference and report to the reservation team•Assume responsibility for certain aspects of other staff’s training as directed by the General Manager
