Wyze Biotech is a clinic stage company engaged in the development and commercialization of universal off-the-shelf DNT (Double Negative T) cell technologies for cancer immunotherapy. Currently, Wyze has 9 first-in-class allogeneic cell products in the pipelines as monotherapy or in combination with other anti-tumor drugs. Wyze Biotech sponsored first-in-human investigator-initiated phase I clinical trial for the treatment of 12 patients with relapsed AML(Acute Myeloid Leukemia) after allo-HSCT was finished in 2020 and the data had been presented at the 2020 ASH Annual Conference and was published (Am J Hematol. 2022;1–4). The data showed that allogeneic DNTs therapy is safe, well tolerated, and effective in treating AML patients who relapsed after allo-HSCT. The total number of DNTs increased after infusion. The results from the allogeneic DNT cells immunotherapy so far have practice-changing implications for the field of oncology by improving survival rates and drastically expanding patient access to treatment. Furthermore, Chinese NMPA (FDA) has cleared Wyze’s Investigational New Drug (IND) application for RC1012 injection (allogeneic DNT cells) in patients with relapsed and refractory AML in 2020, and is currently in recruiting patients. We are also developing non-gene edited universal off-the-shelf CD19-CAR-DNT product and others. The data was presented in 2022 AACR conference (Tracking#: 22-A-4335). Our vigorous product development program combines technological licensing, collaborations with key domestic and international research institutes, and new internal IP-protected technologies.

As a senior member of the management team, my responsibilies are to develop, production and quality control of the company’s new products in the research and diagnostic areas. I am also responsible to develop the company’s strategic plan and execution, build an efficient management/technical team, optimize the production procedures and explore the business opportunity/marketing in USA and other contries by leverage my networking.
