I also oversaw the team driving leadership and management efforts for all organizational levels prior to the development of the executive leadership department, and led a top talent program called Basecamp, aimed at developing Human Resources leaders of the future.Additionally, I steered the Career Development programs team, a five-person team, building the baseline content to help Googlers understand how to manage their careers, and supervised the Career Guru program, an internal coaching program allowing “qualified” and “select” senior Googlers to coach other Googlers, of which I became a Career Guru, myself.
