• Reverse engineered their existing grant management system written in Oracle and Apex.
• Replicated the previous database and created the data model as it should be represented in Salesforce.

• Salesforce Donor Management project
• Complete project management scope creating software for specified management objectives.
• Lead Architect for Salesforce implementation including strategic and architectural design, Visualforce customization, security design, and choosing of all 3rd party plugins for Salesforce
• Investigated alternatives, and then led the initiative to replace our current donor management system with Salesforce CRM
• Planned the migration of legacy data into the new system
• Designed the existing workflows from multiple departments to implement them in Salesforce

• Part of a pioneering team into the enterprise web application space. The new system was designed to represent the patient's electronic medical record and retire the windows based application
• By discovering a strategic flaw in the existing plan, I personally saved the Company $10 Million in Fines by diagnosing and delegating tasks related to new product deployment
• Developed strategic relationships with experts on every team involved in the web experience team
• Improve performance of key services by 10 fold, with half the existing code
• 1st Non-Architect to have programmed their extensive stack in both the native windows and the Java environments

Created weather pattern analysis website which supports NEXRAD (Next Generation Radar). This was part of a multi-million dollar project between IEPA and Chicago suburbs to chart rainfall amounts online to predict flood patterns.
