• Perform 1st and 2nd level network monitoring and fault management (including Central Offices’ equipment support) for IP and Data network and services (ADSL, IX, IPQ, Wi-Fi, i-Mail, DNS-bind, and Internet Access Services) in the 24*7 Integrated Service Assurance Centre to ensure highest possible customer satisfaction through professional service assurance• Perform proactive monitoring of IP network and carry out immediate action when abnormal behavior of network being detected• Perform 1st and 2nd level fault diagnostic once IP network outage is being detected and take ownership of the fault till it is cleared or hand over to the next shift, to achieve highest professionalism and customer satisfaction• Issue trouble ticket for each detected/reported fault from the different network element and manage the progress of each trouble ticket, including detail logging of steps taken to rectify the issues and the result of each steps taken and impact until it is closed• Manage the troubleshooting process from the start to the end and take ownership for the fault allocated by the supervisor• Work with Customer Service, Product and Commercial representatives to provide solutions to customer complaint• Coordinate relevant parties including CS, field engineers, local lease line providers, local peering partners and overseas upstream providers during fault troubleshooting• Provide “Field Support” in the Central Office environment such as changing of fault cards, working on the routing, and basic software rectification/parameter setting if it could not be done remotely at the ISAC• Provide outage notification during major outage and escalation to higher management during a pro-longed outage• Ensure that service level stands are achieved and maintained
