Launched StarHub's 1st Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) with MyRepublic in May 2018, followed by VivoBee and redONE.Do-it-all "Product & Commercial Manager", building and growing the entire MVNO ecosystem and business from 0 (Financial, commercial, technical, operations).Drove new business and partnership opportunities from ideation to execution - Engaged and acquired new strategic partners, grew subscribers and revenue, while constantly improving the product and ecosystem. With end-to-end exposure across the entire business, integrated commercial strategy and insights into all relevant aspects of the product development. Comfortable working with cross functional teams + management.Commercials:- Brainchild of financial models created from ground up to forecast revenue, P&L and subscriber growth. - Analysed data to determine future strategic steps to further drive business growth. - Critically analysed the viability of partner propositions, provided recommendations to drive strategic plans, and suggested counter-proposals.- Negotiated with management of potential partners and vendors. This included detailed negotiations on wholesale rates and complex discussions on legal, contracts, regulatory, technical, among others.Technical and Operations:- Proposed key improvements to the system architecture, fronted technical discussions with subject matter experts in IT, Network and vendors for the new ecosystem.- Meticulously developed new workflows from scratch or streamlined them for greater efficiency, and obtained buy-in from all stake holders.
