In 2022, mitú merged with NGL Collective to form NGLmitú, a powerhouse of Latino publisher brands. I initially joined the marketing team to establish visual brand guidelines and create brand kits for the digital media company. Over time, my role expanded to include overseeing the visual narratives of original content, branded campaigns, and managing social and web initiatives.• Launched the brand development of new verticals and rebranded existing consumer-facing brands;• Direction and design for both original and branded campaigns including but not limited to website, video, e-mail, social media, promotional collateral, event materials;• Designed and established presentation templates for go-to-market materials and branded client decks;• Spearheaded the re-brand of NGLmitú’s brand and visual identity for B2B and B2C objectives. I led the strategy, development, and design of the publisher’s visual language;• Managed a multidisciplinary team of designers, animators, illustrators and photographers to create 360-degree brand campaigns, spanning marketing channels, encompassing social media, web platforms, email campaigns, live events, and CTV.

Collaborated with a team of designers, copywriters, merchandisers, stylists, photographers and the SVP of E-Commerce & Marketing to develop and produce creative for the e-commerce website, e-mail campaigns, digital ads and social marketing for the children’s clothes retailer.• Conceptualized and designed for site, e-mail, & social media for three retail brands under the Gymboree Group;• Designed original layouts that comply with design principles, KPI’s, user behavior and research, A/B testing & competitor offerings;• Provided direction and editing notes for product and lifestyle photography;• Onboarded associate and freelance designers.

Responsible for preparing digital assets for the GUESS family of websites. Manage Arts Week Calendar of events while preparing marketing, advertising strategies and producing promotional materials. Serve as liaison & primary contact for all organizations by the Arts Inter-club Council (AICC) and the University.•Coordinate event logistics, including reservations, catering, rentals, decorations, invite list, registration, and attendee tracking•Book and Schedule talent, including musicians, bands, speakers, vendors, and participants•Develop strategies to increase student and faculty participation•Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met•Track event budgets and manage funds allocated for events•Attend weekly AICC Meetings and report to the Assistant Dean
