In this multifaceted position, I am responsible for various tasks, encompassing data collection, report generation, data analysis, and strategic decision-making support.Key Responsibilities:• Data Collection and Reporting: Gather and compile relevant data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Develop comprehensive monthly control reports to provide insights into key performance indicators and drive informed decision-making processes.• Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. Employ data visualization tools and techniques to create impactful dashboards that facilitate data interpretation and enhance managerial understanding.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments, including operations, safety, and finance, to gather relevant information and ensure comprehensive control over organizational activities. Foster effective communication channels to facilitate seamless coordination and alignment.• Priority ERP System Management: Serve as a super user in the Priority ERP system, leveraging in-depth knowledge to grant permissions, troubleshoot process issues, and provide valuable tutorials to users. Continuously explore system enhancements and propose innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiency.• Monthly Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly reports using diverse platforms such as Excel, PowerPoint, and BI Power. Present key findings, trends, and recommendations to management, enabling them to make data-driven decisions and drive organizational success.
