Currently the Project Lead for various projects, notably the 6th Waste-to-Energy Project (TuasONE) Steel Fabrication. As the project lead, I am responsible for the following:- Planned and executed projects with a tight budget, resources and within a tight timeline by implementing new innovative ways such as ‘Just-in-Time manufacturing’ to boost efficiency while reducing costs.- Setting up a pioneer project in Singapore of Integrated Automatic Fabrication Line for Steel Structures with the aim of boosting production efficiency while reducing manpower.

Site Project Engineer requires quick thinking and the ability to solve problems when there is a crisis.My responsibilities include:- Monitors project schedule and ensure progress is maintained.- Coordinating and managing resources at hand to ensure the project meets its objectives.- Prepare and execute Work Method Statements, Risk Analysis and Safety Procedures.- Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, and colleagues regarding project related matters.- Ensure drawings produced are feasible to execute and tallies with information at hand, such as MTO, site situation and cost.
