Lead a team to constantly seek to drive the transformation and interventions for the InfoComm and Media (ICM) workforce and industry by helping businesses to create quality job and develop a manpower pipeline to support the industry growth, through working with internal and external stakeholders, such as government agencies, industry associations, training partners, C-suite level employers (mainly CEOs/CTOs/CIOs/CHROs, etc).

Part of the development and production support team for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems of both the mobile and fixed lines. Led the analysis, design, and solutions for the Business Support Systems (BSS) and Enterprise Applications using J2EE technologies, and also build and maintain the connectivity between the CRMS and the network switches. Other than developing solutions in-house, had worked with various vendors on large scale projects such as development of dealer CRM, credit management system, and BSS tranformation. Also involved in key nationwide projects such as Number Portability Project (customer could port their mobile number to any telco provider), Wireless@SG (free Wifi services in the public spaces), and migration of 7 to 8 digits for fixed lines
