I have the privilege of working in both the private and public sectors of Singapore for more than two decades. The exposure of working in big organisations and a small start-up has shaped me to become an adaptable and open-minded person, embracing every possibility that comes into my path. My portfolio of projects, which ranges from strategic planning, industry development, technology adoption, marketing campaign to business development, has enabled me to develop a repertoire of skills. In addition, I have gained deep knowledge from the industries that I worked in such as hospitality and education. My core principles are open-mindedness, having the ability to learn new things and integrity. Whatever I do and wherever I go, I seek opportunities to apply what I have learnt, innovate and contribute meaningfully while continuing to grow professionally in areas that are new to me. I believe in building partnerships and team work so that more can be achieved collectively. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and I draw energy from interacting with people.
