• Formulated the long term strategic directions for the growth of the tourism sector. • Co-designed the framework and facilitated both the external and internal engagement processes to develop tourism strategies.• Collaborated with the tourism stakeholders (attractions, hotels, MICE and travel agents) in the areas of manpower and talent development, service improvements and technology adoption. • Collaborated with creative, media and PR agencies to develop a 3-year marketing campaign for the hotel industry. Designed and facilitated multiple rounds of engagement sessions with hotel stakeholders to obtain buy-in and inputs. • Led the Strategic Planning division, the Technology Development division and the Capability Development division in the Board.
