Business And Resource Analyst
Current• Analysing resourcing levels and profitability of long and short-term profitability of clients and projects and identifying opportunities for optimisation.• Managing and overseeing demand management and utilisation systems and tools. Working with HRpartners to maintain an up-to-date, personal knowledge of employees in the business and their experience, capabilities, and career pathways.• Assigning available employees to clients and projects in accordance with project needs and budgets as well as their skillsets, previous experience, availability, and suitability.• Monitoring day-to-day project profitability, activities, utilisation, and corresponding resourcing.• Create, maintain, and develop Tableau report, analysis and dashboards for all users.• Capacity planning, including that the consultancy’s resources have sufficient capacity to work onupcoming projects.• Ensuring effective resource management, reallocating resources, and assigning more teammembers as required.• Providing project managers with support with improving project profitability and resource management processes.• Knowing all the current and upcoming projects and planning resourcing accordingly.• Collaborating with the HR department regarding staff training, compensation and benefit planning,payroll administration, and hiring new staff for projects.• Overseeing and leading processes (e.g. weekly utilization report, etc.).• Maintaining internal staff talent and experience databases.
