A particularly diverse role, dealing with people on a one to one basis advising on the best investment opportunities for clients and general administration.

In addition to Secretarial duties, I was available to 400 personnel, as a point of contact and liaison. My responsibility extended to interpersonal disputes, which required tact and diplomacy whilst ensuring the restoration and harmonious atmosphere. During my employment with C & J Clarks I attended an external course to train, interview and assess employees in Colour Blindness, Eye Test and Dexterity through numerous tests using co-ordination and mental agility.

The Estate Agency work included the collation and interpretation of property particulars, and having interviewed potential purchases I imported the details relevant to their needs. The Insurance Brokerage involved the selection of the most advantageous motor vehicle and property policies.

my job role included the typing of contracts, deeds and covenants, and general reception work.
