Research IT Project Coordinator and Analyst Intern for the Research lifecycle Program (RLP).The Research Lifecycle Programme (RLP) is a series of investments of over £15 million rolled out over five years. The overarching goal of the programme is to uplift research support in the University, to help researchers focus more on their research and remove administrative and technological barriers from their way. Key achievements:● Took meeting minutes for biweekly RLP Board and RITSCMB Board meetings, etc. to make sure any actions and approvals generated from meetings are captured for further discussion.● Arranged for workshops with academics to get their feedback on our current project work and what more can be done to improve this, whether new features of the system to be added on, web page changes need to be made, etc. ●Actively participated the Project E-the Pure system, documented the RAID LOG (risk-action-issue-decision), dealt with daily email enquiry from other departments and wider university Pure system users, collected and analysed feedback from Pure system users on testing phase to improve the final go live system, edited the project closing report, prepared documents for all the governing groups' meetings.● Used Power BI to build reports and visualizing slides for wider range of IT Service's team needs, and gave open speeches on how to use Power BI to academics and colleagues who are beginner learners. ● Assisted other projects except project E with general requests when it is needed.
