 To be responsible for planning Reputation Strategy and Company Brand Policy in stakeholder relations with Governments at all levels, partners, medias; To lead to fulfill compliance with Governmental permitting and regulatory requirements; To propose and implement Stakeholder Management Plan, to create and maintain positive internal and external business environment.  To lead to fulfill compliance with Governmental permitting and regulatory requirements including land acquisition and land lease in line with project schedules.  Coordination in all issues to identify and find resolutions to ensure project schedule is not impacted negatively and reduce interruption to communities, to be a good neighbor. To lead the management of company-project images and reputation, as well as social investment programs in local areas;  To proactively seek opportunities to enhance local contents and employment. To be a member of the Emergency Coordination Team and act as focal point to provide support to Crisis Management;
