As a Family Counselor at Dignity Memorial Funeral Homes, I assist families with planning and arranging funeral and cremation services that honor their loved ones and reflect their values and preferences. I have over 5 years of experience in this role, and I have consistently exceeded my monthly sales quotas and earned multiple awards for being in the top 25% of performers in Canada.Before joining Dignity Memorial, I worked in banking for 17 years, starting as a teller and ending as a mortgage broker. I also have a background in social work, as I was a foster parent and a student for 10 years. I have an associate's degree in business and social skills and a bachelor's degree in liberal arts and sciences. These diverse and complementary experiences have enabled me to develop strong professional and interpersonal skills, such as communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and empathy. I am passionate about helping people and making a positive difference in their lives. I am also the incoming president for Morning Side Rotary, a community service organization that supports local and global causes.
