▪Collect rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners▪Pay property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, insurance premiums and maintenance costs▪Financial P&L reports, occupancy and expiring lease updates to property owners▪Meet potential tenants, show them the property and process applications.▪Advertise vacant properties.▪Inspect properties and arrange for repairs and new materials as required▪Arrange contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate▪Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations

Property Management

▪ Show residential properties and demonstrate the features and benefits of available homes.▪ Design/generate marketing materials and internet/catalog listings that are compatible with buyers needs and financial resources. ▪Coordinate open houses, meetings between buyers/sellers, and scheduled team meetings. ▪Interview prospect clients. Convert prospects into closed sales for clients throughout the DC Metro Area. Provide close, personal client attention and tenacious follow-up to ensure the best service. ▪Prepare contract and documentation; advise clients of market conditions, escrow, and title procedures. Obtain and compare quotes for repair and maintenance of properties. ▪Perform competitive product evaluations.
