I am responsible for leading and managing the Registry and Examination departments which includes Admissions, attendance and transport. I ensure the College has an effective, efficient and customer friendly service which enables recruitment targets to be achieved, whilst providing excellent advice and guidance to applicants. I provide advice and guidance to colleagues to ensure that the colleges admissions processes, policies and procedures meet the needs of applicants, the college and external stakeholders, and keep these under review to ensure they continue to be effective. I manage the exams department efficiently to ensure that learners are able to effectively take their exams/assessments in an environment with the highest integrity and conducive in the learners achieving the highest possible results

Responsible for quality standards of all aspects of student admissions and application service to meet colleges strategic aims and objects.Analyse and report on all examination processes for management of quality and standards to meet the college exam deadlines.Provide exceptional customer service within the procedures agreed, to respond immediately, prevent damage limitation and promote the reputation of Seevic College, customer services and equality and diversity ethos.To co-ordinate the operational and administrative duties of the Exam, Admissions team, providing effective and efficient services in compliance with policies and procedures.To update the Vice Principal MIS on changes to Learner Support funding arrangements in advance of amendment requirementsTo advise the Vice Principal MIS as to new financial arrangements, in a timely manner to inform necessary changesTo administer the College hardship and welfare funds, appropriately inline with policies and procedures, working with Student Services.Prepare and complete all appropriate documentation to meet quality audit requirements and produce management reports as required in agreed format.Provide co-ordination of the Admissions and Examinations teams and direct the teams to meet all functional requirements within time deadlines. Support and mentoring of teams in order to provide flexibility, diversity and equality and enable development of leaner servicesTo liaise with the Student Services, MIS and Finance teams and all other internal/external personnel as required, in a professional and supportive manner, to aid good working relations and complete linked deadlinesTo work with Student Services supporting the organization of Pre-enrolment and Porgression
