Directed CM search, negotiation, and contract delivery (interviewing Synnex, Avnet, Arrow, and CTS). Defined targets for both software and hardware development, and ensured all deadlines were met in terms of scheduling, resources, and budget. Managed project status review meetings with all players, focusing software and hardware teams on immediate and long-term goals. Collaborated with hardware engineering team in terms of system design, thermal test, and software load compatibility. Managed all technical support and representation for PC-Doctor Network Factory Application, facilitating support, product demonstrations, and training for both customers and internal employees. Led all customer service functions related to module, working directly with Tier 1 OEM customers to debug systems and optimize performance. Developed and wrote Peal script aimed at testing module on various servers/PCs. Provided QA oversight, submitting regular testing reports to software development team.
