Lead Operational Excellence Performance
Current- Manage the performance operations of a large-scale network of operators in the kingdom, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and a seamless customer experience.
- Drive the development and implementation of initiatives focused on operational excellence.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation, analyze and improve the performance of various aspects of the O&M operations to enhance service levels, accommodate demand, and meet the customer's needs.
- Provide insightful analysis of the operational viability to maximize the overall utilization of the network infrastructure.
- Develops metrics and strategic dashboards to measure operations performance targets by translating visions, strategies, and performance targets.
