- Created Caterpillar Global Mining supplier On Time Delivery metrics and Scorecards.- Manage 300 more suppliers around the world through collaboration, education and performance review via supplier visit, on-site workshop and online meeting.- Analyze supplier delivery and quality data to generate business performance metric reports.- Drive continuous improvements on supplier performance, inventory management and lead time reduction.- Coach team to help suppliers to build lean supply chain capability in the areas of material replenishment, operations planning, optimized logistics and capacity planning.
